All product shortages or damaged products must be reported to U. S. Technology  within 24 hours of receipt. All product returns must have an RMA (return material authorization) number before being shipped to U.S. Technology  or it cannot be accepted.

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE RMA PROCESS:

  1. Part number of defective product you want to return
  2. A copy of the original invoice or packing slip
  3. Completed RMA request form with a description of the reason for your return
  4. RMA number assigned by U.S. Technology

After your request has been received, we will assign an RMA and communicate it to you. The RMA number is valid for 15 business days from the date it is issued. After 15 business days, a new RMA number must be issued.

Please send a printed copy of the form with the product you are returning to expedite the process. 

The product being returned must be the U.S. Technology product specified on the RMA form and we cannot accept any modules damaged beyond repair. Otherwise, the RMA will be void and the product will be returned to the customer. Customers will be responsible to pay freight charges (when applicable) for any denied product. Please return parts in their original condition.

A per module fee will be assessed for the removal of client stickers, labels, etc.

  • The RMA number must appear on the outside of all shipping containers or the shipment cannot be accepted. Also, include your account number and either a packing slip or a copy of the original invoice.


Please ship the defective product back as directed or it cannot be accepted. Please send the item in static-free packaging and ship it in the manner that you received it. Defective product return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise indicated at the time of RMA issuance. Should U. S. Technology be unable to provide a replacement for the defective item we may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit at the prevailing market price for the item. Any unauthorized shipping charges will be billed to the customer. U. S. Technology will ship the repaired product to the customer in the same manner in which it was received unless otherwise specified by the customer.
